Film production crews have very specialized catering needs at very odd hours.
San Diego Filmmakers will bring you experts who will outline how to devise a safe and nutritious menu, how to calculate what you must have on the set, and when.
We'll go over what you MUST have on the set and what you MUST NOT.
About the speaker:
Matthew Baker of Feast on This will share his many years of catering experience.

Greg Lefevre: In 17 years at CNN Greg Lefevre won many national awards, including an Emmy for coverage of the Oklahoma City Bombing in 1995. As Bureau Chief, Lefevre was responsible for establishing coverage plans and crew logistics for breaking news events. This included making sure that the crew was fed!
